We also observe what is happening in the retail food marketplace. This is complemented by our proprietary ViewPOINT™ surveys to provide an integrated 360-degree view of the K-12 environment that delivers insights for school-specific improvements and innovation in your district's existing program.


Customer satisfaction with the Food Service program directly affects participation rates at your district. To assess the customer satisfaction level with the district's school food program, ARAMARK Education employs an in-depth, online ViewPOINT survey system. These proprietary annual surveys are conducted to obtain feedback from clients, students, parents and on-site teams.

  • Survey results keep us abreast of the needs of our constituents at a national level, while also providing location-specific information. This information is then used to improve programs, services, and communication, resulting in greater customer satisfaction and successful meal participation growth.
  • We conduct these surveys before beginning operation in your district, and again in 12 months. This allows for a year-over-year review of comparable satisfaction results and effective targeting, and implementation of solutions to raise satisfaction levels.
